Ingredients
- 4 ripe pears, halved and cored
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- ½ cup fresh raspberries
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- ½ cup Greek yogurt, whipped cream, or mascarpone
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the pears in half and scoop out the cores to create a cavity.
