FUDGY BROWNIES WITH A RICH CHOCOLATE CRUMB AND CRACKLY TOP

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (225 g) butter, melted
  • 1 ¼ cups granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. Whisk melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until glossy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  5. Stir in cocoa powder and salt.
  6. Fold in flour until just combined.
  7. Add chocolate chips.
  8. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  9. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the center is just set.
