Ingredients
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
Instructions
1. Prepare the Pan
Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Make the Peanut Butter Mixture
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and corn syrup. Heat until the mixture just begins to bubble. Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter until smooth.
3. Add the Cereal
Pour the mixture over the Rice Krispies and gently stir until evenly coated.
4. Press into the Pan
Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press gently into an even layer.
