Cowboy Spaghetti is the ultimate comfort food mashup, combining tender spaghetti with seasoned ground beef, crispy bacon, smoky tomatoes, and a rich, cheesy sauce. This hearty one-pot dinner is packed with bold flavors and perfect for busy weeknights when you need a satisfying meal the whole family will love.
Ingredients
- 12 oz (340 g) spaghetti
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp chili powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic, Rotel tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add cooked spaghetti and toss to coat.
- Stir in half the cheddar cheese and sprinkle the remaining cheese and bacon on top.
- Cover for 2–3 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
