COWBOY SPAGHETTI WITH GROUND BEEF, BACON, AND CHEESE

Cowboy Spaghetti is the ultimate comfort food mashup, combining tender spaghetti with seasoned ground beef, crispy bacon, smoky tomatoes, and a rich, cheesy sauce. This hearty one-pot dinner is packed with bold flavors and perfect for busy weeknights when you need a satisfying meal the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz (340 g) spaghetti
  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add garlic, Rotel tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Add cooked spaghetti and toss to coat.
  7. Stir in half the cheddar cheese and sprinkle the remaining cheese and bacon on top.
  8. Cover for 2–3 minutes until the cheese melts.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
