CREAMY TUSCAN STEAK WITH GARLIC PARMESAN SAUCE AND SUN-DRIED TOMATOES

This Creamy Tuscan Steak is rich, comforting, and packed with flavor. Juicy pan-seared steak is smothered in a luxurious garlic Parmesan cream sauce with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes, creating a restaurant-quality dinner that’s surprisingly easy to make at home.

Ingredients

  • 2 large sirloin steaks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
  • ½ cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup (80 g) sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season steaks generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear steaks for 4–5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
  4. Remove steaks and set aside.
  5. Reduce heat to medium.
  6. Add butter and garlic to the skillet.
  7. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  8. Pour in heavy cream and stir.
  9. Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
  10. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  11. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and spinach.
  12. Cook until the spinach wilts.
  13. Return steaks to the skillet.
  14. Spoon the creamy Tuscan sauce over the steaks.
  15. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  16. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
