This Creamy Tuscan Steak is rich, comforting, and packed with flavor. Juicy pan-seared steak is smothered in a luxurious garlic Parmesan cream sauce with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes, creating a restaurant-quality dinner that’s surprisingly easy to make at home.
Ingredients
- 2 large sirloin steaks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
- ½ cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup (80 g) sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season steaks generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear steaks for 4–5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
- Remove steaks and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium.
- Add butter and garlic to the skillet.
- Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir.
- Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and spinach.
- Cook until the spinach wilts.
- Return steaks to the skillet.
- Spoon the creamy Tuscan sauce over the steaks.
- Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
