Ingredients
- 1½ lb (680 g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 lb (450 g) baby potatoes, halved
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes for 8–10 minutes until slightly tender.
- Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add potatoes and cook until golden and crispy, about 8 minutes.
- Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add steak bites in a single layer.
- Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
- Add butter and garlic.
- Stir until the butter melts and coats the steak.
- Return the potatoes to the skillet.
- Add paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Toss everything together for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
