Ingredients

Burger Patties

  • 1½ lb (680 g) ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Toppings

  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked crispy
  • 8 jalapeño poppers
  • 1 fresh jalapeño, sliced
  • Lettuce leaves
  • ½ cup burger sauce or ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal patties.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Grill or cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes per side.
  4. During the last minute, place cheddar cheese on top and allow it to melt.
  5. Toast the burger buns until lightly golden.
  6. Spread burger sauce on the bottom bun.
  7. Add lettuce and the cheeseburger patty.
  8. Top with crispy bacon.
  9. Add 2 jalapeño poppers per burger.
  10. Sprinkle with sliced jalapeños.
  11. Close with the top bun and serve immediately.
