Ingredients
For the Burgers
- 1½ lb (680 g) ground beef (80/20)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 4 burger buns
Toppings
- 8 slices bacon, cooked
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crispy onion rings
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- Lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Dill pickle slices
Instructions
- Divide the beef into 4 equal patties.
