Ingredients
- 12 oz (340 g) penne pasta
- 1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until browned.
- Add garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in the marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
