This Hot Honey Burrata Dip combines creamy burrata cheese, sweet roasted cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, and a drizzle of spicy hot honey for the ultimate crowd-pleasing appetizer. Served with crispy toasted bread, it’s rich, flavorful, and perfect for entertaining.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 burrata cheese ball (8 oz / 225 g)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp hot honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh basil, sliced
For Serving
- Toasted baguette slices
- Crostini
- Crackers
Instructions
1. Roast the Tomatoes
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place cherry tomatoes in a small baking dish or cast-iron skillet.
Add olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Toss well.
Roast for 20–25 minutes until the tomatoes burst and become caramelized.
2. Add the Burrata
Remove skillet from oven.
Place the burrata cheese in the center of the roasted tomatoes.
Drizzle with hot honey.
Return to the oven for 5 minutes just to warm the burrata.
3. Finish and Serve
Top with fresh basil.
Add an extra drizzle of hot honey if desired.
Serve immediately with toasted baguette slices or crostini.
