Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper

Orange Glaze

  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub chicken thighs with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange on a baking sheet and roast for 35–40 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  4. Meanwhile, combine orange juice, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and orange zest in a saucepan.
  5. Simmer for 8 minutes.
  6. Mix cornstarch and water, then stir into the glaze until thickened.
  7. Brush the glaze generously over the chicken.
  8. Return to the oven for 5 minutes.
  9. Garnish with orange slices and fresh parsley before serving.
