Ingredients
- 6 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper
Orange Glaze
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rub chicken thighs with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange on a baking sheet and roast for 35–40 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, combine orange juice, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and orange zest in a saucepan.
- Simmer for 8 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch and water, then stir into the glaze until thickened.
- Brush the glaze generously over the chicken.
- Return to the oven for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with orange slices and fresh parsley before serving.
