- 2 lbs (900 g) chicken wings

- 1 tsp paprika

Sticky Honey Garlic Sauce
- ⅓ cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
Garnish
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 40–45 minutes, turning halfway through.
- In a saucepan, combine honey, garlic, soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar.
- Mix cornstarch with water and add to the sauce. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thick and glossy.
- Toss the hot wings in the sticky honey garlic sauce until fully coated.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
