BRUSCHETTA PASTA SALAD WITH FRESH TOMATOES, BASIL AND BALSAMIC GLAZE

This Bruschetta Pasta Salad combines juicy tomatoes, tender pasta, fresh basil, mozzarella, and a tangy balsamic glaze for a light and refreshing dish bursting with Mediterranean flavors. Perfect for summer gatherings, picnics, and easy lunches.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz (340 g) pasta, cooked and cooled
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella pearls
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and garlic.
  3. Add the cooled pasta.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and balsamic glaze.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
  7. Refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with extra basil and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
