Ingredients
- 12 oz (340 g) pasta, cooked and cooled
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup mozzarella pearls
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and garlic.
- Add the cooled pasta.
- Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and balsamic glaze.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
