Ingredients
For the Potatoes
- 1 lb (450 g) baby potatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Smash Burger Beef
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- Salt and black pepper
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
Burger Sauce
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp pickle relish
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Bowl Toppings
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ red onion, diced
- ½ cup pickles, sliced
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Divide ground beef into 4 portions.
- Heat a skillet over high heat and smash each portion into a thin patty.
- Cook 2–3 minutes per side until deeply browned and crispy.
- Top each patty with cheddar cheese and let melt.
- Mix all burger sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Assemble bowls with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, roasted potatoes, and cheeseburger patties.
- Drizzle generously with burger sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
