LOADED SMASH BURGER BOWLS WITH CRISPY POTATOES AND SPECIAL BURGER SAUCE

Ingredients

For the Potatoes

  • 1 lb (450 g) baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Smash Burger Beef

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese

Burger Sauce

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp pickle relish
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Bowl Toppings

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • ½ cup pickles, sliced
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roast for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy.
  4. Divide ground beef into 4 portions.
  5. Heat a skillet over high heat and smash each portion into a thin patty.
  6. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until deeply browned and crispy.
  7. Top each patty with cheddar cheese and let melt.
  8. Mix all burger sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  9. Assemble bowls with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, roasted potatoes, and cheeseburger patties.
  10. Drizzle generously with burger sauce.
  11. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
