Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Cook the chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
Step 4
In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic for 30 seconds.
Step 5
Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice. Stir well and let simmer for 3–4 minutes.
Step 6
Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top.
Step 7
Simmer for another 2–3 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
Step 8
Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices.
Step 9
Serve immediately with rice, roasted potatoes, pasta, or vegetables.
