SWEET AND SAVORY BRIE CRANBERRY PUFF PASTRY WITH HONEY DRIZZLE AND CRUNCHY WALNUTS

Golden, flaky puff pastry filled with creamy melted brie, sweet-tart cranberries, and crunchy walnuts, then finished with a drizzle of warm honey. This easy appetizer is perfect for holidays, parties, or whenever you want an elegant bite that looks impressive and tastes incredible.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 200 g (7 oz) brie cheese, cut into pieces
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tbsp honey, plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the puff pastry into 4 equal squares.
  3. Place a piece of brie in the center of each square.
  4. Top with dried cranberries, walnuts, a drizzle of honey, and rosemary if using.
  5. Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes.
  9. Drizzle generously with warm honey before serving.
