Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 200 g (7 oz) brie cheese, cut into pieces
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp honey, plus extra for drizzling
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the puff pastry into 4 equal squares.
- Place a piece of brie in the center of each square.
- Top with dried cranberries, walnuts, a drizzle of honey, and rosemary if using.
