Ingredients
For the tart shells
- 1 sheet refrigerated pie crust or sweet pastry dough
- 1 tbsp melted butter
For the filling
- 1 cup (240 ml) vanilla pastry cream or vanilla pudding
For the topping
- Strawberries, sliced
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Kiwi slices
- Apricot glaze or honey (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut circles from the pastry dough and press them into a mini muffin pan.
- Prick the bottoms with a fork.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden.
- Let the tart shells cool completely.
- Fill each shell with vanilla pastry cream.
- Arrange fresh fruit on top.
- Brush lightly with apricot glaze or honey for a beautiful shine.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
