Ingredients

  • 5 large buttery croissants, torn into pieces
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Powdered sugar, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter.
  3. Spread the croissant pieces evenly in the dish.
  4. Sprinkle the blueberries over the croissants.
  5. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  6. Pour the custard mixture evenly over the croissants.
  7. Let sit for 15 minutes so the croissants absorb the custard.
  8. Drizzle with melted butter.
