Ingredients
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 jalapeños, seeded and finely diced
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Cooking spray or melted butter

- Chipotle ranch

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a muffin pan and press one wonton wrapper into each cup.
- Bake the wrappers for 5 minutes until they begin to crisp.
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, jalapeños, bacon, green onions, garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the filling evenly into the partially baked wonton cups.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the wonton edges are deep golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan.
- Garnish with extra bacon, sliced green onions, and serve warm with ranch or chipotle ranch.
