For the Chicken
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz (225 g) burrata cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
For the Cranberry Glaze
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice a pocket into each chicken breast without cutting all the way through.
- Stuff each breast with burrata cheese and secure with toothpicks if needed.

- Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 18–22 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Meanwhile, combine cranberries, honey, orange juice, balsamic vinegar, and thyme in a saucepan.
- Simmer for 8–10 minutes until cranberries burst and the glaze thickens slightly.
- Remove chicken from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
