Burger Patties
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 tsp garlic powder

Caramelized Onions
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp brown sugar
Mustard Sauce
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp honey

- 4 brioche burger buns
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 large tomato, sliced

Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, grated onion, egg, breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Mix gently until combined and shape into 4 thick patties.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 4–5 minutes per side until nicely browned and cooked through.

Meanwhile, melt butter in another pan. Add sliced onions and brown sugar.

Cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onions are soft, golden, and caramelized.

In a small bowl, whisk together mustard, mayonnaise, and honey to make the sauce.

Toast the brioche buns until lightly golden.
