Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 1 large tortilla wrap
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 slices turkey bacon or cooked chicken
- 2 tbsp diced bell pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp butter
Preparation:
- Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook the eggs until fluffy.
- Warm the tortilla for a few seconds.
- Place the eggs in the center of the tortilla.
