Loaded Breakfast Wrap 

Start your day with this hearty breakfast wrap packed with fluffy eggs, melted cheese, and savory fillings. Quick, satisfying, and perfect for busy mornings!

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 large tortilla wrap
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices turkey bacon or cooked chicken
  • 2 tbsp diced bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp butter

Preparation:

  1. Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook the eggs until fluffy.
  3. Warm the tortilla for a few seconds.
  4. Place the eggs in the center of the tortilla.
  5. Add the cheese, turkey bacon or chicken, bell pepper, and green onion.
  6. Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
  7. Toast the wrap in a skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  8. Slice in half and serve warm.
