Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) chicken breast, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2½ cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 lemon
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
