Ingredients

  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 300 g ground beef
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup black beans, drained
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sour cream, salsa, and guacamole for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned.
  3. Season with chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread tortilla chips on a baking tray.
