Ingredients
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 300 g ground beef
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup black beans, drained
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 jalapeño, sliced

Instructions
