Tropical Coconut Panna Cotta

Creamy, silky, and infused with rich coconut flavor, this Tropical Coconut Panna Cotta is an elegant dessert that feels like a vacation in every bite. Topped with toasted coconut and fresh tropical fruit, it’s refreshing, light, and irresistible.

Ingredients

  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 g gelatin powder (or 3 gelatin sheets)

Toppings

  • Toasted coconut flakes
  • Mango cubes
  • Passion fruit pulp
  • Fresh mint leaves

Preparation (Thermomix)

  1. Place coconut milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla in the Thermomix bowl.
  2. Heat 8 min / 80°C / speed 3.
  3. Add softened gelatin.
  4. Mix 20 sec / speed 4.
  5. Pour into 6 dessert glasses.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

To Serve

  • Top with toasted coconut flakes.
  • Add fresh mango cubes or passion fruit.
  • Garnish with mint leaves.
