Homemade Chocolate Weetabix Slice

Ingredients

  • 8 Weetabix biscuits, crushed
  • 1 cup (250 g) peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Crushed cookies
  • Freeze-dried raspberries
  • Chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Crush the Weetabix into fine crumbs.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the crushed Weetabix, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
  6. Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the base.
  7. Sprinkle with your favorite toppings.
  8. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.
