Ingredients
Chicken Meatballs
- 1 lb (450 g) ground chicken
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Creamy Mushroom Sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- 8 oz (225 g) mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

- Mix all meatball ingredients in a bowl.
- Shape into small meatballs.
- Cook in a skillet with a little oil until golden; set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté mushrooms until golden.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Stir in cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Return meatballs to the skillet.
- Simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
