Ingredients (20 canapés)
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 200 g cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salmon roe (optional)
- Fresh dill for garnish
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Slice the baguette into rounds and toast until golden.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, dill, chives, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
- Transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- Fold smoked salmon into small rosettes.
- Place a salmon rosette on each toasted bread round.
- Pipe a swirl of the cream cheese mixture on top.
- Garnish with salmon roe, fresh dill, and a touch of black pepper.
- Serve chilled.
