Cheesy Croque Monsieur Melt

Ingredients

  • 8 slices thick bread
  • 8 slices ham
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese (or Gruyère)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  2. Spread Dijon mustard on the inside if using.
  3. Layer ham, Swiss cheese, and mozzarella between the bread slices.
