Homemade Spinach & Cheese Mini Quiches

These Spinach & Cheese Mini Quiches are the perfect bite-sized treat! With a flaky golden crust, creamy egg filling, tender spinach, and melted cheese, they’re ideal for breakfast, brunch, lunch boxes, or appetizers.

Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust, rolled out
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup (120 ml) milk
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the pie crust into circles and press into a greased muffin tin.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Divide spinach and cheese among the crusts.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the filling.
  6. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and set.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
