Loaded Double Smash Burger Deluxe


Golden toasted brioche buns, perfectly smashed beef patties, melty cheddar cheese, crunchy pickles, and a rich homemade sauce come together to create the ultimate burger experience. Crispy, juicy, and impossible to resist!

Ingredients

  • 500 g (1 lb) ground beef (80/20)
  • 4 brioche burger buns
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • Pickle slices
  • Salt and black pepper

Burger Sauce

  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp pickle juice

Instructions

  1. Divide the beef into 8 equal balls.
  2. Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat.
  3. Place a beef ball on the hot skillet and smash it thin using a spatula.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook for 1-2 minutes until crispy and browned.
  6. Flip and immediately add a slice of cheddar cheese.
  7. Cook for 30 seconds more.
  8. Toast the burger buns.
  9. Spread sauce on the buns.
  10. Stack two patties per burger.
  11. Add onions and pickles.
  12. Serve immediately while hot and juicy.
