Ingredients
- 300 g fettuccine or linguine
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Optional: sun-dried tomatoes
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Pour in the cream and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until smooth and creamy.
- Add cooked pasta and toss until fully coated.
- Add a little reserved pasta water if needed.
