Air Fryer Caramel Popcorn Delight

Ingredients

  • 8 cups popped popcorn
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  1. Place the popped popcorn in a large bowl.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, and salt.
  3. Bring to a gentle boil for 3–4 minutes without stirring.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and baking soda. The mixture will become foamy.
  5. Pour the caramel over the popcorn and toss until evenly coated.
  6. Place the popcorn in the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper.
  7. Air fry at 250°F (120°C) for 5–7 minutes, shaking gently halfway through.
  8. Let cool completely before serving.
