Berry Overnight Oats

Start your morning with these creamy and delicious Berry Overnight Oats! Made with wholesome oats, chia seeds, fresh strawberries, blueberries, and banana slices, this easy make-ahead breakfast is packed with flavor and nutrition. Finished with crunchy granola and a drizzle of peanut butter, it’s the perfect healthy breakfast for busy mornings. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 2 tbsp granola
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir well until everything is combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours).
  4. The next morning, stir the oats.
  5. Top with banana slices, blueberries, strawberries
