A tropical twist on the classic Italian dessert! These Mango Tiramisu Cups feature layers of creamy mascarpone filling, juicy mango puree, and soft ladyfinger biscuits soaked in mango juice. Ingredients
For the Mango Layer
2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lime juice
For the Cream Layer
250 g (9 oz) mascarpone cheese
1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup (70 g) powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
For Assembly
18–20 ladyfinger biscuits (Savoiardi)
1/2 cup mango juice
1 ripe mango, diced for topping
Optional Garnish
Fresh mint leaves
White chocolate shavings
Lime zest
Instructions
Blend 2 mangoes with sugar and lime juice until smooth. Set aside.
In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
In another bowl, beat the mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until light and creamy.
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the mango juice.
Layer the bottom of each glass with ladyfingers.
Add a layer of mango puree.
Add a layer of mascarpone cream.
Repeat the layers once more.
Top with fresh diced mango and garnish with mint leaves.
Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
