Ingredients

  • 14 oz (400 g) halloumi cheese, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Lemon slices, for serving
  • Fresh thyme sprigs, for garnish
  • Wooden skewers

Instructions

1. Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, thyme, oregano, garlic, and black pepper.

2. Assemble the Skewers

Thread the halloumi cubes onto wooden skewers. Brush generously with the lemon-thyme marinade.

3. Grill
