Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 cup blackberries
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp coarse sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook blackberries, sugar, and lemon juice for 5 minutes until thickened.
- Roll out puff pastry and spread the blackberry mixture evenly.
- Roll into a log and slice into mini swirls.
- Place on a baking sheet and brush with egg wash.
- Sprinkle with coarse sugar.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
