- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp onion powder

For the Cauliflower Mash
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Cauliflower Mash
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Add cauliflower florets and cook for 10–12 minutes until very tender.
- Drain thoroughly.
- Transfer to a food processor.
- Add butter, cream cheese, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 2: Cook the Beef Tips
