Mini Tuna Éclairs Bites

Ingredients

  • 12 mini éclair shells (or homemade choux pastry)
  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped chives for garnish

Instructions
