Ingredients

  • 2 cups Kalamata olives, pitted
  • 1 cup black olives, pitted
  • 2 tbsp capers, drained
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

For Serving

  • Toasted baguette slices
  • Fresh parsley
  • Extra olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Add olives, capers, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, thyme, and black pepper to a food processor.
  2. Pulse several times until a coarse paste forms.
