Ingredients
- 2 naan breads or flatbreads
- 200 g brie cheese, sliced
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ⅓ cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey, plus extra for drizzling
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Pinch of salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Arrange the brie slices evenly over the flatbreads.
- Sprinkle the cranberries and walnuts on top.
- Add rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle generously with honey.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and extra rosemary.
- Slice and serve warm.
