Cranberry Brie Flatbread Bliss

Golden crispy flatbread loaded with melted brie, tart cranberries, crunchy walnuts, and sweet honey. An easy gourmet recipe that’s perfect for entertaining or enjoying as a cozy treat at home.

Ingredients

  • 2 naan breads or flatbreads
  • 200 g brie cheese, sliced
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ⅓ cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey, plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Pinch of salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  3. Arrange the brie slices evenly over the flatbreads.
  4. Sprinkle the cranberries and walnuts on top.
  5. Add rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and drizzle generously with honey.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra rosemary.
  9. Slice and serve warm.
