Ingredients

For the Fries

  • 4 large russet potatoes, cut into thick fries
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp salt

For the Gravy

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • 2 cups fresh cheese curds

Instructions

1. Make the Fries

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss the potatoes with oil and salt.
