Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup warm milk
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Garlic Butter
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Add warm milk, yogurt, and olive oil.
- Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Knead for 5–7 minutes until smooth.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into 6 pieces.
- Roll each piece into an oval shape.
- Cook on a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden with charred spots.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley.
- Brush generously over the warm naan.
- Serve immediately.
