Loaded Air Fryer Street Corn

Sweet, juicy corn roasted to perfection in the air fryer, then loaded with a creamy garlic sauce, tangy lime, crumbled cheese, and a sprinkle of smoky spices. This irresistible side dish is bursting with flavor and perfect for BBQs, parties, or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn, husks removed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika or chili powder
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brush the corn with olive oil.
  2. Place in the air fryer basket.
  3. Cook at 390°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway through.
  4. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, and lime juice in a small bowl.
  5. Spread the creamy mixture over the hot corn.
  6. Sprinkle with feta cheese, paprika, and fresh herbs.
  7. Serve immediately with extra lime wedges.
