Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 6 fresh figs, sliced
- 100 g prosciutto
- 150 g brie or mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 handful arugula (rocket)
- 1 egg, beaten
- Fresh thyme
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and place on a baking sheet.
- Add slices of brie or mozzarella in the center.
- Layer with prosciutto and figs.
- Fold and shape into a round pastry.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and drizzle generously with honey.
- Top with fresh arugula and thyme.
- Serve warm while the cheese is still melty.
