Ingredients
- 12 oz (340 g) penne pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and slice.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic for 30 seconds.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the pasta and let it melt.
- Top with the sliced chicken.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately while hot and creamy.
