Ingredients
For the Guacamole
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 small red onion, finely diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

- 300 g cooked shrimp, peeled
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of ½ lime

Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the avocados until creamy but slightly chunky.
- Add the red onion, tomato, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- In another bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the shrimp for 2–3 minutes until lightly golden.
- Spoon a layer of guacamole into each serving glass.
- Add a small layer of diced tomatoes and red onions.
- Top with the seasoned shrimp.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
