Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Warm the tortillas for a few seconds.
  5. Place beef in the center of each tortilla.
  6. Add cheese, black beans, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, avocado, and sour cream.
  7. Fold the sides and roll tightly into burritos.
