Ingredients
250 g (9 oz) mini mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
1 cup green olives
1/2 cup black olives
1 red bell pepper, roasted and sliced
3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Place the mozzarella, olives, and roasted red pepper in a clean glass jar.
Add the garlic, parsley, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the olive oil over the ingredients until well coated.
Gently stir or shake the jar.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
