- 12 lasagna noodles
- 500 g (1 lb) ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 700 ml (24 oz) tomato sauce

- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until browned. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese and egg until smooth.
